Bought these as a present for my wife. She loves them, and hasn't managed to break them yet. :) Great.
As most people have indicated, these are a pretty good headphone, noise cancellation is good but not complete. I had a pair of Bose QC2 headphones which I lost, so got these as a cheaper replacement, and much prefer them. Besides the price, they are much smaller to pack, good sound, MUCH more comfortable to wear for long periods, and lighter on the head.would definitely get these again if I lost them.Main negatives - the wand can be pain to place - keeps falling off things when it makes a big clunk in your ears (can clip it on your clothes, but that is not really feasible a lot of the time). The wires keep getting tangled up and can be a pain to untangle - wish they only had one wire going to the headphone itself, instead of two.
These noise cancelling head phones are great. Bought from 'Zelectria' but shipped by 'Liquiana Inc.', you figure it out. Amazon was contacted but has not bothered to answer.
$70 postage for a set of head phones is robbery. Sure. The only thing you need to watch out for are unscrupulous companies such as 'Zelectria' & 'Liquiana Ltd' as they are rip-off merchants.
The companies involved refused to cancel the buy the next day when I found out the charges as they said it had been sent already. So, please feel happy to buy these items just not from these companies. They state US postal service charges without an actual price then wack you with warehouse and postage charges way more than postage would be.
They all work on Sundays in warehouses. Amazon seemed to know but they are not forthcoming with an explanation.
This thing works sporadically. I don't understand why it didn't come with some directions. I am a novice for sure with any type of technology; but a pretty quick study when provivded direction. I finally gave up on it and use my IPOD ear phones.
I don't compare them to Bose; I compare them to the noise in the airplane cabin without them. For the price, this model of Sennheiser cannot be beat. They aren't in the same league with Bose but they aren't in the same price range either. The size is great too. They fold up very easily and take up a fraction of the size as full over-the-ear models.
